This Policy applies to all Personal Information and Analytics Data collected, used and disclosed by SoulRide MTB, whether online (e.g. via email or an online program), in-person (e.g. via physical activity readiness questionnaires), evaluations or assessments, actual usage data or your feedback) or otherwise received from you (e.g. via letters, over the phone, by interacting with our mobile applications or other online properties, any other part of the SoulRide MTB Platform or surveys/questionnaires).

However, unless otherwise agreed, this Policy also applies to information about you that is passed on by SoulRide MTB to its customers, associates, for example your employer. Other third parties, such as social networks that you use in connection with the SoulRide MTB platform, may also collect, use and share information about you. Collection of personal information and Analytics data.

  1. Personal information is information that can be used to identify, locate or contact you. It also includes other information about you that we link to personal information. SoulRide MTB collects the following types of personal information:
  2. Contact information that allows us to identify and communicate with you, such as the name, physical address, e-mail address and telephone number of your or your emergency contact person.
  3. Demographic information that allows us to track you, such as your age, gender and mindset, so that we can provide the services you have requested.
  4. Transaction Information about how you interact with us and business partners, including memberships, purchases, enquiries and customer accounts.
    Financial information if needed to facilitate purchases, such as your credit card information.
    Applicant Information as needed from those applying for jobs and internships at SoulRide MTB.
    Training information about your training activity and physical performance.
  5. Analytics data is data generated by, collected by, transmitted from or stored in equipment based on its use. Analytics Data includes information collected through your use of training devices, information transmitted by your computer or mobile device when interacting with our online properties, such as server logging information. Analytics data also includes information sent from your computer or mobile device when interacting with cookies, web beacons and other tracking objects. For users who register on our website (if applicable), we also store personal information in their user profile. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (user name cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and modify this information.

Children under 13 years of age SoulRide MTB does not sell or knowingly market personal information or Analytics data from or about a child under 13 without the consent of the child's parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will immediately take all reasonable steps to delete that information from our systems.
